Bookings for services and stays alike

Your customers book
on your website. Not on someone else’s.

Callania Booking is a booking module you drop into your own page with a single line of code. No marketplace, no commission for a “new” customer, no third-party logo. One calendar for a haircut, a massage, a sunbed or a room — Booking.com sync included.

Why another booking system

Three things today’s systems get wrong

We are not inventing features for their own sake. We are fixing the specific places where businesses lose money and time.

Commission on your own client

Marketplace systems charge a fee for a “new” customer even when that person has been coming to you for years — they simply were not in the marketplace’s database. Callania Booking has no marketplace, so it has nothing to charge for.

Two systems for one business

Rooms and massages under one roof? Today that means one system for services and another for accommodation — two calendars, two invoices, two sources of truth. We have one.

A headline price that never holds

A low headline price, then SMS credits, add-ons and logo removal only on the top tier. With us you see the per-message SMS price and a running cost in the admin — no surprises on the invoice.

Embedded in minutes

One line of code. Three display modes.

The same script can render the widget inline, open it in a modal when someone clicks your own button, or keep it docked in the corner of the screen. If your site does not allow scripts, a plain iframe or an ordinary link works too.

<!-- anywhere on the page -->
<script src="https://cdn.callania.eu/w.js" defer></script>
<div data-callania="salon-zatoka"
     data-mode="inline" /* inline | popup | badge */
     data-service="strih-brada" /* pre-selects the service */
     data-lang="en"></div>

Inline

The widget is part of the page — best for a dedicated “Booking” page.

Modal on click

Your own “Book now” button anywhere on the site opens the booking in a modal.

Floating button

Always visible in the corner, on every page. Switched on with a single attribute.

Live demo

This is what your customer sees

Go ahead and click — this is a real widget of a real demo business, not a screenshot. The times you see really are free and the booking really is saved.

Services and nights in one place

A calendar that understands both a room and a sunbed

Callania Booking knows three kinds of resource: a time slot (haircut, massage), a day part (sunbed, lift pass, court) and a night (room, apartment, cabin). All in one daily view and one booking — a guest reserves a room and a massage together, on one booking with one total.

  • Availability from Booking.com and Airbnb flows into the same calendar over iCal.
  • On the last free room the system will not confirm on its own — it waits for you. That is the safeguard against a double booking.
  • If a channel’s feed goes quiet, you hear about it straight away — not from an angry guest.
  • Seasonal rates, minimum stay, add-ons and long-stay discounts are included, not an upsell.

At last you can see what actually brings customers in

Every booking records where the person came from — Instagram, a QR code on the door, a partner site or an ad. No third-party cookies, so it works in Safari and with blockers on.

1
The customer clicks your link

The link carries the source: ?ref=instagram-bio or the usual utm_source, or a gclid from an ad.

2
The source is stored on your domain

As first-party data valid for 30 days — set by the server, not by a script in the browser.

3
The widget asks for the source

When the booking opens, the value is attached to the address, so it survives the move to the hosted page.

4
The booking carries the source with it

You see it on the booking detail and in the report, even if the customer phones you two weeks later.

!
A partner link with its own code

If a hotel, a hairdresser or a blogger refers you, they get their own link /r/kod and the report shows exactly how many bookings they brought. First-click attribution applies, so your own ads cannot steal the credit.

What is inside

Features businesses actually use

Waiting list

Customers join for a specific time or for the whole day. A freed-up slot is offered to everyone it fits, all at once — via a link valid for 30 minutes. Whoever clicks first gets it.

Double bookings cannot happen

Collisions are forbidden in the database itself, not just in the application. Two bookings for the same resource at the same time will not go through, even on a simultaneous click.

One calendar for three kinds of resource

Time slot, whole day and night in a single day view — a haircut, a sunbed and a room.

Source attribution

Every booking records where the person came from. A first-party value valid for 30 days, so it works without third-party cookies.

Partner links

Whoever refers you gets their own code, and you see how many bookings it brought.

Opening hours in layers

A base, a season on top of it, an exception for a single day on top of that. A holiday does not overwrite the whole schedule.

Seasonal rates and minimum stay

For accommodation: a different rate in season, a minimum number of nights and a discount for longer stays.

Add-ons across resource types

Breakfast with a room, a towel with a sunbed, an extra with a service — in one booking and one total.

Two-way iCal

Booking.com and Airbnb see your availability and you see theirs. We pull their calendars every minute and recompute our feed the moment anything changes — when the portal fetches it is up to the portal. If an external feed goes quiet, you get told.

Named links and QR codes

A link for your bio, a poster or your door — each carries its own source, so you see which one works.

Widget builder

Click through the display mode, default service, staff member, language and button label; out comes the line of code to paste.

Bookings wait for your word

For the last free slot or room the system does not confirm on its own — it waits for you. Portals pull calendars in hours, not seconds, so this is the only safeguard against a double booking from outside.

The customer who does not turn up

No-shows are counted and shown on the customer record. What to do about it is your call — the system charges nothing and blocks no one by itself.

Custom SMS wording

Confirmation, reminder and cancellation can be rewritten in your own words, with a live preview. This covers SMS; e-mail templates are still ours.

Pricing without asterisks

You pay per business, not per person

No lock-in, no commission on bookings, no fee for a “new” customer.

You pay per business, not per person

A three-person salon pays €14 a month — the same as a one-person one. Systems that charge per user multiply that same team by the number of people in it.

Zero commission on bookings

We run no marketplace where a customer could find you. So we have no way to claim we brought them to you — and nothing to take a cut for.

A price that really is the price

SMS at €0.06 each, with usage visible in the admin. No logo of ours from the first paid plan on, not only in the most expensive one.

What it will really cost

Some systems advertise a low flat fee and bill the SMS separately. Move the sliders to see the full monthly cost, reminders included.

18,32 €Business plan + SMS

Flat fee 14,00 € + 4,32 € for 72 SMS

Systems that bill SMS separately add the same messages on top of their own flat fee. At €0.07 each, over a year that would cost you 8,64 € more than here — for the same number of reminders.

Frequently asked

What people ask us most

Does the customer have to leave my website?
No. The widget goes straight into your page with one line of code and the whole booking happens on your domain. The hosted page on a subdomain is only an extra option, for links from Instagram, a Google profile or a QR code.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. Callania Booking has no marketplace where a stranger could find you, so it has no grounds to claim it brought you anyone. You pay a monthly fee and the real cost of any SMS sent.
Does Callania Booking handle accommodation too?
Yes, in the same calendar as services. The system knows time slots, day parts and nights. It exchanges availability with Booking.com and Airbnb over iCal, both ways: we pull their calendars every minute and recompute ours the moment anything changes.
What about double bookings?
Overlaps are forbidden in the database itself, not only in the application — two bookings for the same resource at the same time simply cannot exist. On the last free unit the system also waits for your confirmation, because channels pull calendars in hours, not seconds.
How do I find out where a customer came from?
Every booking stores its source — a campaign, a social network, a QR code, a partner link or a direct visit. The data is first-party, so attribution works even where the browser blocks third-party cookies.
How long does setup take?
Embedding the widget is a matter of minutes. We will help you move services and price lists over from your old system.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in Germany (EU), with encrypted transport and daily backups. Customer consents are kept separately from the order.

Shall we try it on your page?

Send us your website address. Within two days we will show you the widget running in your colours, with your services and prices — no commitment, and nothing for you to rewrite.
